" A man has been charged nearly three years after a Grand Rapids father was shot and killed. 32-year-old Andrew Merriweather has been charged with first-degree murder, felony firearm and carrying a concealed weapon in the death of Jontell White, 30. The shooting happened Jan. 14 on S Division. Patrol officers heard shots fired in the area and found White at the scene, where he was pronounced dead. White was the father of two young girls.
